Excellent experience with Yellow Rose Trailer Rental LLC! The trailer was in great condition and was perfect for safely loading and transporting my low-riding antique car. The setup made it easy to load the vehicle without worrying about clearance, and the included winch made the entire loading process extremely easy and stress-free. The service was professional from start to finish, with excellent customer service and great communication. I highly recommend Yellow Rose Trailer Rental LLC, especially to anyone needing to transport a classic or low-clearance vehicle. I will definitely use them again!

Frequently Asked Questions
What vehicle do I need to tow your trailers?
The 16 ft utility trailer can be towed by most vehicles. The 7x14 enclosed trailer can be safely towed by a half-ton truck or a large SUV, as long as it's rated to tow about 7,000 lbs. The 20 ft car hauler is ideally pulled with a three-quarter-ton truck, although most half-ton trucks with a towing package will do as long as the vehicle you're hauling isn't too heavy. Not sure about your vehicle? Call or text us at 817-592-9776.
Do you offer multi-day booking?
We offer multi-day and multi-week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount per day you get.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes. Please contact us directly to cancel or modify your reservation. Cancellations more than 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up receive a full refund. Cancellations 24-48 hours before pick-up receive a refund minus a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before pick-up receive a refund minus a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.
Do you offer delivery?
We sure do! If you're within 100 miles of us, we'll bring the trailer to you. Delivery is $50 per hour to and from the delivery location, with a $50 minimum.
What do I need to rent a trailer?
A valid driver's license, proof of insurance for your towing vehicle, and a vehicle capable of towing the trailer you're renting.
Is there a security deposit?
No. Instead, we keep your card on file to cover any damage, toll charges, or other incidentals from your rental.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Any valid debit or credit card. We don't accept cash.
How do pickup and drop-off work?
Most of the time we'll meet you in person at pickup and drop-off. If we can't be there, each trailer has its own lock box with the keys you need to get rolling. Before your rental, we email and text you instructions with links to your rental agreement and the check-out and check-in forms, along with your lock box code.
What if I return the trailer late?
Late returns are charged $25 per hour.
What size hitch ball do I need?
The 20 ft car hauler and the 7x14 enclosed trailer need a 2 5/16 inch ball. The 16 ft utility trailer needs a 2 inch ball. If you don't have a tow ball, or don't have the right size, you can rent one from us for $20 plus tax.
Do your trailers have brakes?
The 20 ft car hauler and the 7x14 enclosed trailer have electric brakes, plus a breakaway system that applies the brakes if the trailer ever comes loose from your vehicle. To tow either of them, your vehicle needs a brake controller. The 16 ft utility trailer doesn't have brakes.
Can I take the trailer out of state?
Yes, you can take it anywhere in the continental United States. Trailers can't be taken into Mexico or Canada.
What if I get a flat tire?
The 20 ft car hauler and the 7x14 enclosed trailer each carry a spare tire and the tools to change it. Call or text us at 817-592-9776 if you need help.
